Dr. Kots was very knowledgeable, thorough, and answered all my questions. His assistant was very cordial, efficient and pleasant. The receptionist/tech was very pleasant and explained things very thoroughly. I had a good experience for my annual checkup but chose to purchase my prescription glasses elsewhere. Next time I will get them from Advanced Eyesore, as the cost was fairly close to the competition's cost.
